Visions Before

There is an odd feeling on these rocks at daybreak. 
Like a deafening case of deja vu among the silence,
While being blinded by the sunshine, burning way too close
And eaten alive by the sand flies that seemingly attack by the hundreds
In absence of thought, you know that you've been here before.
